Requirements for Participating Organizations at Pale’m De Ayiti 2024
Registration – Register online at [ www.palemdeayiti.com]( http://www.palemdeayiti.com) no later than 30 days before the event or by September 3, 2024. There is a contribution of $175 to reserve your pass. – Optional: Take advantage of our discounted hotel rooms if desired.
Video Submission – Prepare a 1-minute video that includes: – The name of your organization. – Your organization’s mission statement, goals, and objectives. – Reasons for your organization’s interest in joining the two blocks to be created on October 4-5, 2024. – The video should be in 4K quality format and emailed to palemdeayiti@gmail.com no later than 30 days before the event or by September 3, 2024. – For additional video quality suggestions, contact Rock Imaging at eder@rockimaging.net or rockmarclin@gmail.com.
Training Participation – It is mandatory for organizations to participate in the trainings provided on October 4 and 5 by a reputable institution on public policy advocacy, block creation, and block development funds/capital creation.
Block Membership – At least one member from your organization must be ready and willing to join each block immediately after the training and presentations. – Members chosen to join the blocks must have no past criminal record(s) in the United States of America
